I'm from Victoria, Canada. After an MA at UBC in 1985 I became an international student in Taiwan. I stayed for 14 years, and started working in cross-culture in 1987.

I'm not a teacher or professor. I'm a freelance trainer/consultant. I taught cross-culture on 4 continents, helped people adapt to Western and Chinese cultures, advised governments and wrote, "Wearing Chinese Glasses."
I founded Cross-Culture Solutions to share my knowledge and skills with international students and graduates.
